Lab water systems
Four sizes of RO/EDI system, from one benchtop analyzer to a central lab’s automation line, plus the pre-treatment Indian water needs.
Four sizes, one design
Every Calyx system softens, purifies with RO, polishes with EDI and UV, and reports to Calyx Connect. The size follows the analyzer it feeds.

| System | Output | Installed in India |
|---|---|---|
| Calyx 15 | 15 L/h | 58 |
| Calyx 25 / 30 | 25–30 L/h | 13 |
| Calyx 50 | 50 L/h | 518 |
| Calyx 100 & Turbo 200 | 100–200 L/h | 56 |
Built beside your AU480
Pick the analyzer your lab runs. We’ll show the Calyx system that’s installed beside it most often in India.

What happens inside
The plant schematic from the touchscreen of a Calyx Turbo system. Every gauge on it is a live reading in the app.
Softening
CalyxSoft removes calcium and magnesium so they can’t scale the membranes downstream.
Booster and pre-filters
CalyxPump holds the feed at constant pressure; sediment and carbon cartridges take out particles and chlorine.
Reverse osmosis
High-pressure pumps push water through RO membranes in parallel, then a second RO pass. A unit in service reads 9.97 µS/cm here.
EDI polishing
Electro-deionisation takes out the last ions without regenerant chemicals.
UV and storage
UV keeps bacteria out of the pure-water tank. Product conductivity is logged every minute: 0.169 µS/cm on the same unit.
Distribution
A distribution pump delivers to the analyzer at steady pressure, or to several analyzers through CalyxMulti.
Pre-treatment and add-ons
Indian feed water is hard and changes with the season. These protect the membranes and get the water where it’s needed.
