The enquiry and service forms open your own email app; nothing you type is stored by this website. We use what you send us only to reply and to provide the service you ask for.
The Calyx app and dashboard
Calyx Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (“Calyx”, “we”) operates the water-filter dashboard and mobile app used by our engineers, administrators and customers.
What we collect
- Location (engineers only). Precise and approximate location while the app is in use, to dispatch service visits, show engineers near an installation and record where a visit took place.
- Account details. Name, email address, user ID, role and sign-in tokens.
- Service records. Visits, maintenance status, fault alerts, filter replacements, notes, photos and videos.
- Device information. Operating system and app version, network state and identifiers used to keep sessions secure.
- Machine telemetry. Water-quality, flow, pressure and status readings from connected Calyx systems.
How we use it
Only to run our service: dispatching engineers, mapping installations, logging maintenance and warranties, monitoring machine health and fault alerts, and securing access.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal or location data to anyone. Data is shared only inside Calyx with authorised dispatchers, service managers and administrators, over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Retention and security
Location logs and records are kept only as long as operations, service tracking and audits need them. Access is limited to authorised people.
Your choices
You can ask to see the data linked to your account, turn off location permission in your phone’s settings, or ask us to deactivate your account and delete your personal data.
