Predicted, not just monitored

Calyx Connect watches every connected system around the clock, and Calyx PredictIQ, an AI model trained on our own fleet, spots trouble hours before your analyzer does. When a fault opens, AI diagnoses it before the engineer sets off.

Our AI, a gradient-boosted machine-learning model, trained on what the hours before real faults looked like in Indian labs: 64 signals per system, from conductivity drift to pump restarts.

AI that diagnoses and answers

Prediction is one part. When a fault does open, AI works out what’s wrong before an engineer sets off, and our team can ask AI about any machine in the fleet.

AI diagnosis for every machine

When a fault opens, an AI agent reads the machine’s own data and decides what’s wrong, whether it’s the site or the machine, how urgent it is and what to check first. It remembers each machine’s history and reviews every fault after the fix.

An AI agent for our team

Our engineers and managers ask in plain words about any machine, fault, service visit, warranty or workload. Each answer comes with the readings and records it was built from.

How it works

From a reading in the cabinet to an engineer at your door.

The live plant schematic shown on a Calyx touchscreen, with conductivity, flow and pressure at every stage.
  1. Sensors

Every connected system reports conductivity, flow and pressure at inlet, RO and pure stages, plus pump, valve, tank and membrane status, about once a minute over 4G.

  2. Cloud

Readings land in Calyx Connect, where thresholds and 24-hour trends are checked as they arrive.

  3. AI risk score

Every hour, the Calyx PredictIQ AI scores each system’s fault risk and names the likely cause: flow, pressure or water quality.

  4. AI diagnosis

When a fault opens, an AI agent works out what’s wrong, whether it’s the site or the machine, how urgent it is and what to check first, citing the reading behind each point.

  5. Engineer dispatched

The engineer who covers your city gets the job on their phone, already knowing what to check first. Priority calls must be accepted within the hour, or they escalate.

  6. Fixed before downtime

The visit is logged with photos and parts, and the readings show whether the fix held.

  • My machines

Every Calyx system at your site, running or idle, with its latest readings.

  • Live water quality

Pure-water conductivity against the alarm limit, updated every minute.

  • 90-day Time Machine

Pick a moment, such as the hour a QC run failed, and see exactly what the water was doing.

  • Reports

Water produced, run time, average conductivity and service history, as a PDF for 1 to 93 days.

  • Service requests

Raise a request with photos from your phone. It becomes a ticket for the regional team.

  • Maintenance schedule

Preventive maintenance and contract renewal dates for each machine.

Questions labs ask

Who can see my data?

Your lab’s login shows only your machines. Calyx service staff see the machines they look after. We don’t sell or share data with anyone.

How does the system connect?

Through a 4G controller inside the cabinet. It doesn’t need your hospital network or Wi-Fi.

What if the connection drops?

The system keeps purifying and its own alarms keep working. Readings resume when the connection returns.

Do people check the AI?

Yes. Every AI diagnosis shows the readings it came from, our engineers rate each one, and supervisors can correct what the AI remembers about a machine.

Is predictive maintenance included?

Monitoring is set up on every connected system. Ask us how it’s covered under your warranty or maintenance contract.
